Emma Hardijzer from PMC presented work for her Master’s thesis at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU) on 26 Jul 2022. The focus of her activities in PanCareSurPass was on the Open Space meetings, which were held in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Lithuania and Spain to investigate the barriers and facilitators for implementation of the Survivorship Passport. The Open Space meetings are an important part of the Pre-Implementation Study.
